We are thrilled to announce that Ana Beatriz Bahmon has joined the Cafe Imports team as the Green Buyer\u2019s Associate in Colombia. Working closely with our Colombia Green Coffee Buyer, Omar Herrera, her responsibilities will include managing and nurturing our direct relationships with producers and associations throughout Colombia. She will assist in discovering and developing quality coffee products in-country, facilitate sample distribution to our global labs, and maintain a strong presence at regional coffee fairs and competitions. <\/p>\n

With nearly two decades of experience in specialty coffee and sensory analysis, Ana Beatriz brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her journey with Cafe Imports actually started back in 2011, when she met Andrew Miller at the COE while working as the specialty lab manager for CadefiHuila in Huila. Since then, she\u2019s collaborated with us in various capacities, from cupping Los Naranjos coffees as Director of QC for Fairfield Trading to managing labs for COAGROBRISAS, and most recently, helping to launch Genesis Coffee Sourcing.<\/p>\n
