The Cafe Imports Cultivar Caravan<\/strong> is hitting the road throughout May, and this year’s edition of the Legendary Coffee Tour will have a little bit of something for everyone: Greatest hits, brand-new releases, and even a few deep cuts from the archive.<\/p>\n We’re turning up the amps and making a beautiful noise about the history and significance of coffee varieties (and cultivars, and hybrids), stopping off in 10 cities across the U.S.A with\u00a0a set list of our favorites to talk about and cup\u2014from heirloom Ethiopian types, to Typica and Bourbon, all the way to the brand-new unreleased track Variety: Unknown<\/a>.<\/p>\n We’ll also have plenty of non-coffee stuff to taste, as a way of exploring and understanding the ways that different varieties can contribute to diversity of flavor, as well as to simply show some love to the diversity of flavors this weird, wild world has to offer us at every turn.
