2. Get randomly matched with another coffee roaster.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ll introduce you to your exchange partner via email.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Send an\u00a0 8\u201316 oz. bag of a single-origin coffee roasted by you to your exchange partner.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Cup your own coffee alongside your exchange partner\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can find our in-house cupping form here, and watch a video featuring Cafe Imports sensory analysis director Ian Fretheim for more information on how to use it. (If you prefer to do your own thing, that\u2019s great, too. Only use what\u2019s helpful.)<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Make time to share your feedback and cupping results with your exchange partner via email, Zoom, FaceTime or whatever feels best.<\/span><\/p>\n
