Setting aside her dream as a screen writer in her home country of Thailand, Beau moved across the ocean to challenge herself and pursue her postgraduate studies in Australia, with the aim of obtaining as many Master's degrees in as many fields as she could. While eating her way through Melbourne as a student, Beau discovered coffee and has decided to work in the industry ever since.
Apart from coffee, Beau is very passionate about travelling; forever learning; people of all ages and cultures; discussing random topics; and, most importantly, food.
